If you're looking for a quick and tasty to-go Chinese meal in San Diego, Jasmine Express is your go-to spot. Their roast duck is delicious, offering a satisfying and flavorful experience that's perfect for enjoying at home. In addition to their main dishes, Jasmine Express also offers a selection of freshly baked goods, including pork buns. These fluffy buns are filled with a savory pork filling that's both sweet and salty. They're a great option for a a satisfying snack.

There bakery section is always good freshly made and there duck's. That the only thing I come for haven't tried anything else yet

I like going to this place if I want quick dim sum to go! There is a small variety of items that are usually available for dim sum throughout the day. I ordered the Egg Custard Buns; they were warm and delicious, and not soggy. There was no wait for my order and I was able to leave as soon as I paid for my order. Quick, convenient, and easy!

Jasmine's is already the best restaurant in SD for dumplings. They have an "Express To Go" around the corner. There's no frills to this place, it's for foot traffic only; no tables, no chairs, only standing room with an entrance and an exit. Service was awesome. The day we came it was super slow and between rushes. We came ready to order and the ladies behind the counter went to work. There's more than dumplings (see pic of duck). The food from the express to go is no different than the sit down, you're just missing out on getting everything fresh from the roll-around steamers. I think we ate half of our order in the car before we got home. We're fans of Jasmine's.

Best place on Convoy to get all your Dim Sum needs. They have a comprehensive menu. Clipboard of menu on counter as you walk in. Just right down the number of dishes you want for each item. When you are done, hand to staff. They are associated with the restaurant next door, so you can order much anything. If your item not in the glass case, they'll just go to the kitchen for it. If it's not on the menu, just ask. They probably have what you are looking for. Ordered Har gow, pork/shrimp siu mai, ginger xo tripe, turnip cake, beef rolled rice wrap, Fried Ham-Sui-Gok, pork spare ribs, chicken feet, Lo mai gai. Everything was delicious. Har gow is the best here. Shrimp portion is big. Turnip cake could be cooked more (I just put it in the toaster oven when I get home). They take credit card if order over $10. Free parking if you don't park in garage. You can order online and pick up also.

Don't want to wait super long for the sit down restaurant? Jasmine Express is your best bet! Services -- definitely not the best. I know they're just trying their best to serve people as fast as possible, but they definitely can be a little bit nicer. Food -- delicious! They offer a variety of Chinese, Dim Sum & Dumpling options! A few of my family favorites are Shrimp Dumpling (Har Gow), Steamed Chive & Shrimp Dumpling, Salt & Pepper Calamari, BBQ Pork Croissant, Sesame Seed Balls, Shrimp Pork Shumai!
